GOOD NEWS FOR OBCA STUDENTS

We have been in contact with the Louisiana Workforce Development Board. Our students can attend trade school (Monroe, Winnsboro, Jena) and have the expenses paid. There is a critical need for nurses, welders, electricians, and other trades.
To be eligible, the 12th-grade student must apply and meet with a Board representative before graduation. They will even pay for LPNs to become RNs. This is an excellent opportunity for those who do not want to attend a four-year college.
