Old Bethel Christian Academy officially opened it's doors in the
Fall of 2007 with 45 students and a handful of teachers and staff.
This day marked the fulfillment of lifelong dreams for several
members of Old Bethel Baptist Church. God had planted the seed
many years earlier in the hearts and minds of His people. God
began to put the pieces and people into place to accomplish what
He had set out for us to do.
OBCA grew to 78 students for the 2008-2009 school year, and
currently enrolls 130 students. God has been gracious and He
continues to provide.
Classes are offered from Pre-K through the 12th Grade. OBCA is
fully accredited in the State of Louisiana. We are expecting God to
raise up missionaries, teachers, doctors, and preachers from within
the student body of OBCA.
